Platform Role
Plant.pk connects customers with independent service providers. Plant.pk does not control, supervise, or guarantee any service rendered by Maalis.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Plant.pk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Plant.pk provides a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent gardeners ("Maali"). By using this service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Nature of the Platform
Plant.pk operates as a digital intermediary. It facilitates service requests between customers and independent Maalis. Plant.pk does NOT employ, supervise, or control Maalis. Plant.pk is NOT a party to any agreement between customer and Maali. All service contracts are formed directly between customer and Maali.
3. Independent Contractor Status
All Maalis registered on Plant.pk operate as independent service providers. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Plant.pk. They are solely responsible for the services they provide.
4. No Service Guarantee
Plant.pk does not guarantee service quality, pricing accuracy, availability, or the behavior or conduct of Maalis. Customers must independently verify service terms before work begins.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plant.pk shall not be liable for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, fraud, disputes, service dissatisfaction, or payment disagreements. Plant.pk's liability, if any, shall be limited to the facilitation of service connection only.
6. Payments
Unless explicitly stated, Plant.pk does not process or hold payments for Maali services. All payments are made directly between customer and Maali. Plant.pk is not responsible for refunds or payment recovery.
7. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information, confirm pricing and scope before work begins, and avoid unsafe payment practices. Maalis agree to provide truthful profile information, deliver services professionally, respect customer privacy, and avoid misconduct or fraud.
8. Suspension & Termination
Plant.pk reserves the right to suspend accounts, remove listings, investigate complaints, and block abusive users without prior notice if misconduct is detected.
9. Dispute Handling
Plant.pk may review complaints for safety purposes but is not obligated to mediate disputes and is not financially responsible for outcomes.
10. Privacy
User data is shared only for service coordination purposes. Misuse of personal data may result in permanent suspension and possible legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
Plant.pk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
How This Service Works
Plant.pk helps you find local gardeners.
However:
- The Maali works independently
- You agree on service details directly with them
- Plant.pk does not manage or supervise the work
Important Safety Tips
- Confirm price before work starts
- Avoid large advance payments
- Agree on job scope in writing (WhatsApp message is enough)
- Rate the Maali after service
Platform Protection
We verify profiles and monitor complaints.
If you face issues:
- Report immediately
- We may suspend the service provider
