- To sow cauliflower seeds, plant them 1/2 inch deep in well-drained soil.
- Maintaining a spacing of 18-24 inches between seeds.
- Keep soil consistently moist and provide full sun. Once seedlings are 4-6 weeks old, transplant them to a larger space.
- Cauliflower is a versatile vegetable used in salads, stir-fries, and can be roasted or steamed. Rich in vitamins and fiber, it promotes a healthy diet.
